Enquiry & admission privacy notice

When you submit an enquiry, La Couronne Patisserie uses your name, contact details, course choice and any other details you provide to respond and guide you through admissions. By checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted about that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Student admission applications also collect date of birth, nationality, addresses, education, guardian and emergency contacts, programme and accommodation preferences, baking experience, career goals and declarations. La Couronne Patisserie uses these details to review eligibility and contact you about enrolment. Applicants under 18 need approval from the named parent or guardian. Obtain permission before sharing other people’s contact details.

Applications are stored separately from enquiries. Public visitors cannot read, update or delete applications. Unsent application details are not stored in browser storage and are cleared by reloading or closing the page. Photograph, identity and education document verification takes place during follow-up; do not enter identity numbers, payment details or medical records here.

For enquiry forms, we also record the page you submitted from, the referring website’s origin and campaign identifiers supplied in the link you followed, such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs. These help us understand which advertisements lead to enquiries. Campaign information is retained in your browser’s session storage while you browse the website.

Submissions are processed through Vercel and stored in La Couronne Patisserie’s Supabase database. Public website visitors cannot read enquiry records. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the message field.
